Our firm combines an excellent blend of dedicated, talented and highly qualified experts in various fields and aspects of Interior Design including consultation, contracting and execution, engineering, and on-site activities such as carpentry, painting, electricity, plumbing and air conditioning. Due to our in-house capabilities and our teams of skilled artisans and labourers, we do not sub-contract any work, ensuring our work is completed as cost-effectively as possible. Our state of the art joinery factory comprising 12,000 square feet is fully equipped with the highest quality carpenter machinery, equipment and tools.
Hassan Roshan: A highly acclaimed interior and architectural design expert, and the technical heart of the company, Hassan holds engineering and architecture degrees from Rome, Italy, after which he founded and built the firm. Hassan has been highly acclaimed and critically praised by the press and design world for his innovative work melding traditional and modern designs, for example the interior and exterior artwork design of Mercato in Dubai. Recognized as a highly experienced expert in interior and exterior design, Hassan is regularly invited to deliver talks and presentations at design shows and exhibitions worldwide on the design and architecture field in the Middle East.
Azadeh Roshan: An interior designer from Rome, Italy, and the creative heart of the firm, Azadeh has followed in her father’s footsteps to organically grow the firm and take it from strength to strength. Having worked with the firm for 15 years in Dubai, she has travelled extensively to lead the company’s international projects. Azadeh regularly represents the firm at design exhibitions including the annual Milan furniture exhibition, where the firm is a regular exhibitor.
Azin Roshan: A business management professional based in Dubai, and the operational heart of the firm, Azin uses his business management expertise and professional degree to be responsible for the operations and project management for the firm. Holding a great aptitude for numbers enables Azin to ensure the most cost-effective level of service as well as the most efficient operational framework for each of the projects the firm takes on board.

Our scopes of work include all finishes; floor, wall and ceiling finishes, joinery, gypsum, metalwork, glazing etc., with FF&E and MEP, all managed under a single contract with services that can also include value engineering, procurement and site supervision.
